What we did
- Healthwatch interviewed key stakeholders – primarily parents and carers, but also staff and those who refer or signpost to the service.
- We also held focus groups and made use of existing monitoring information.
- Telephone interviews were conducted from Centre 404’s office to comply with data protection legislation and confidentiality.
"We talk to service users regularly but Healthwatch helped them to open up and give suggestions that they might not have given us directly. As well as the report, which we could use to articulate the impact of our service and the local need, they developed a pipeline document of suitable funders to approach based on our offer and funder priorities.
