Community feedback on Whittington Health's plans for the future

We spoke to 90 local residents to capture their views on maternity services, emergency care, the use of digital technology, and health services located in the community.

  • Participants reported a range of good and bad experiences of maternity and emergency services.
  • Many participants are willing to use technology for digital appointments and so forth, but many would need support to do this.
  • Residents included a wide range of community-based, non-clinical, preventative and
    well-being services in their vision of how services should look in the future.
